I have read and understand the rules, regulations, and risk agreement. I hereby release all tournament officials and sponsoring organizations and venues from all claims of injury and/or damages incurred in connection with this event.

I understand that I may be subject to a polygraph exam if required. The tournament officials reserve the right to refuse entry and services to anyone. I understand that this is a legally binding and enforceable contract. I sign on my own free will and I intend my signature to be a complete and unconditional release of all liabilities to the greatest extent allowed by law.
