NIGHT SERIES 2024 - STANDINGS

The El Cajon Ford Night Series is locally sponsored team tournament event in the San Diego area courtesy of El Cajon Ford owner Paul Leader. This will be our 16th night series season and we look forward to the coming season.   For a locally run tournament our payback and prizes have far exceeded other tournament series’ and we will continue to do so. The El Cajon Ford Night Series event has proven to be the premier night series in Southern California known for excellent catered food and big cash payouts. You can signup for each event by email, fax, mail or at your local tackle shop. 

TOURNAMENT OVERVIEW 

     1.  $300 .00 per team

     2. No Annual Membership (Come and fish 1 or all 6 events with no commitment)

     3.  No Conservation Fees

     4.  Tournament Options – Big Bass included in Entry

     5.  Insurance Fees – Included in Entry

     6.  Lake Permit Fees – Included in Entry

     7.  T.O.C Fund  – Included in Entry

     8.  BAR-BQ – Catered Dinner

    9.  Awards – Top 3 Plaques + Big Bass

HOW YOUR  $300.00 TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEE IS USED

     1.  $ 33.00 Lake Permits – Paid to City Lakes

     2.  $ 30.00 T.O.C Fund

     3.  $ 30.00 Administration fees – Staff fees, printing, website updates, food, beverages, tournament software, weigh scale upkeep,  etc…

     4.  $ 207.00 will be paid back at the lake to the anglers. 

TOURNAMENT OF CHAMPIONS (TOC) 

  Tournament of Champions

     1.  Qualifying Teams  = Top 10 Teams + Additional Qualifier

     2.  Top 10 Ten Teams:  NO ENTRY FEE

     3.  Additional Qualifiers:  Pay Normal Entry Fee of $300.00
     4.  If a Top 10 Team or a Bonus Team is unable to particapate in the TOC , the next available team 
          based on the year end points standings will be taken until the spot is filled.
Additional Qualifiers Example:
     1.  Additional Qualifiers:  Must fish (4) of the (5) Events to qualify
     2.  As an example, we will use 200 total teams entries for the entire season.  
     3.  200 entries divide by 5 tournaments will get the average number of team participation. 
          200 / 5 = (40) team average
     4.  For the additional qualifiers:  We will take 40 team X 30%  = 12 Teams
     5.  The additional (12) teams will be selected based on the highest Year End Point totals
     6.  These Twelve (12) teams plus the top ten (10) teams will fish the T.O.C
